One conference - even two your different presentations

The participants of the conference can take part in verbal thematic sessions’ presentations and poster thematic sessions. You can prepare up to 2 presentations. You have opportunity to show one or two verbal presentation, or one or two posters, or one verbal presentation and one poster.

Verbal presentations

Individual abstracts will be grouped into thematic sessions to promote interaction among participants. The time allotted for the verbal presentation of each paper will be 15 minutes.

Poster thematic sessions

Posters will be thematically grouped into poster symposia to promote interaction among participants. The size of the Poster board is 120cm high by 80cm wide (A0 format). Presenting authors will be given 30 minutes before the beginning of the session to put up their posters. The length of the Poster symposia that follow will be 90 minutes. Posters should be dismantled by the presenting authors themselves at the end of the session.

Abstract of verbal presentation or poster (deadline for abstract is 30^{st June} 2013)

Please include:

1. Title

2. Name(s) and institutional affiliation for all authors

3. Complete address to correspondence for all author, including email-address.

4. Authors photo – black&white (3,5 x 4,5)

5. Short note about authors (no more than 80 words long).

Abstract must be no more than 400 words long.
